These Terms govern your use of https://pawshield.co.za, operated by Aspect Digital (Pty) Ltd trading as “PawShield” (Reg. No 2022/390934/07). By accessing or purchasing through this Website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About PawShield
PawShield provides dog poisoning emergency kits and related pet-safety products. The kits are intended for emergency first response and do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to upload harmful or defamatory material, or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are placed through the Website checkout.
- Accepted payment methods: Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Credit/Debit Card via PayFast.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment must clear before dispatch or collection.
4. Delivery & Collection
Customers may select Collection (Benoni) or Courier delivery via Pudo. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. PawShield is not liable for courier delays once parcels have been handed over.
5. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used kits cannot be returned. Unopened kits may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less courier costs. To initiate a return, contact info@pawshield.co.za.
6. Optional Account Creation
You may create an account during checkout to save your details for future purchases. By creating an account, you agree that PawShield may store your name, email, phone number, and encrypted password in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, text, and product information on this Website are the property of Aspect Digital (Pty) Ltd t/a PawShield or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
PawShield kits are intended as first-response aids only. They do not constitute medical or veterinary advice. Use of our products is at your own risk. PawShield, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, delay in obtaining veterinary care, or reliance on product information.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PawShield and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or products.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, by arbitration in Benoni under the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
11. Termination
PawShield may suspend or terminate access to the Website if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Changes to these Terms
PawShield may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
